Microsoft’s Self Serve Password Reset (SSPR) lets you securely reset your own password without needing to contact TGB Systems Support.
What Is It?
SSPR is a simple, secure way to reset or unlock your work account password using your phone, email or authenticator app. It’s available 24/7 and works from anywhere with internet access.

- Convenient – Reset your password from your computer or mobile device.
How to Use It
1. Go to the reset page – https://aka.ms/sspr
2. Enter your email address – (e.g. yourname@company.com)
3. Verify your identity – Choose one of your registered methods: Text / Phone Call / Authenticator App
4. Create a new password – Follow the on-screen instructions and make sure your new password meets your organisation’s security requirements.
5. Done! – You’ll get a confirmation once your password has been successfully reset.
💡 Helpful Tips
- Make sure your security info (phone number etc.) is up to date.
- If you haven’t set up SSPR yet, you may need to do that first via your account settings from an office location.
